Workshop 1: Developing A Comprehensive Marketing Message

Account Executive, Public Relations, Anthology Marketing Group
Antonia has helped craft messaging, produce impactful communications materials and conduct media training for a range of clients. She brings a strong knowledge of Hawaii’s unique media and business landscape and spirited enthusiasm for helping organizations effectively reach their key audiences.
She is a member of the Hawaii chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in American studies and political science from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
Workshop 2: Using Social Media To Activate Target Audiences

Explore the world of social media and learn how to best leverage social media platforms.

Wilbur Wong
Director of Digital Communications, Becker Communications, Inc.
Prior to joining BCI, Wil was part of the Hawaiian Airlines sales and marketing team where he managed both promotional and transactional email campaigns and assisted with the airline’s growing social media efforts.
He brings experience with various digital communications platforms, cross-channel promotions and revenue and engagement analytics. A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Wil’s initial track was in the computer science field but he later discovered his true passion and graduated with a communications degree.
Workshop 3: How To Promote Yourself To The Media

Andrew Rosen (moderator)

He then made the transition to Digital Media working as Vice President of Strategic Sales for TargetSpot; the largest Digital Audio Network in the United States.
Andrew returned to Broadcast Radio to help lead the industry’s transition from traditional to multi-media. His first transition was with Heritage station WPST-FM in New Jersey. The team successfully converted to a multi-media leader creating original audio, video and digital content.
After nearly three years in Princeton, Rosen accepted a position with SummitMedia LLC as Market President for their Hawai’i brands. A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Andrew jumped on the opportunity to return to his adoptive home to lead SummitMedia Hawai’i.
Rosen is extremely committed and passionate about the local community. The cluster of SummitMedia Hawai’i radio stations are on pace to run $3MM+ in free on-air, online and on-site support for community organizations and 501c-3’s.
Andrew is a partner/assistant coach for the Special Olympics Oahu team Anuenue and sits on the Board of Directors for both AccesSurf Hawai’i and Thank a Vet and Vote. He is currently is serving as Co-Chair for the fundraiser Signature Steakhouse Salutes the Wounded Warriors Project Hawai’i and AccesSurf Hawai’i. This fundraiser is projected to generate over $50,000+ to support these outstanding organizations that make a difference in our community.
Rosen has served on the following Boards; Ryan’s Quest, World Cares Center, Urban League of Philadelphia, International Radio & Television Society, New York State Broadcasters Association, NYMRAD, Co-Chair of the March of Dimes Achievement in Radio Fundraiser, Alzheimer’s Association NYC Chapter and Apar Field of Dreams.
